Trainee Senior Conductor

**The Role**

As a Trainee Senior Conductor, you will play a key role in the safe and smooth running of our service, assisting passengers with any enquiries or problems, checking, and issuing tickets, and ensuring the safety of the crew and customers.

With experience of cash-handling in a customer service or retail environment, you’ll be friendly and approachable, with first-class communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations. You must be willing to work on a shift basis Monday to Saturday, with Sunday shifts as agreed, and your own transport would be advisable due to shift start and end times.

**Stage 2** - You will then be sent a Situational Judgement Test (SJT). You have 5 days to complete this.

**Stage 4 **- Psychometric testing, you will be asked to complete the online safety critical testing for this role. This can take up to approximately 1 hour and will consist of a SCAAT test, RAAT test and TCT test.
