We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Production Department on a permanent contract based at Solihull, UK as a part of expanding the business activities of Upergy in the UK.

**Main duties**:
Reporting to the **Production Manager** you will carry out the following duties:

- to assemble battery packs
- to follow work instructions and drawings
- to use and maintain small tools and equipment
- to keep work area organised, clean and tidy
- to follow health and safety procedures at all times

Additional Training/Employee development programmes will be provided in order to continuously improve and enhance your skills and competences in the described missions above as well as your development in our company.

**Profile / skills required**:
Previous experience of working in a production environment would be advantageous, however, more importantly, we are looking for a person who is willing to learn, a good team player, flexible, friendly, and enthusiastic and be able to follow carefully both written and verbal instructions..

We require a good level of literacy with strong attention to detail and willingness to work on several duties simultaneously when required. Rigor, highly organised, and sense of priorities will be essential assets for the success of this mission.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday 08:00 to 14:00
- Total: 37.5 hours

**Holiday** **Entitlement**: 22 days per annum
