**Client Details**

A growing Eastbourne based organisation are seeking the services of a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

**Description**

As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

- Supporting managers to ensure they comply with HR procedures, services and systems.
- Supporting the HR Director to implement HR processes and procedures.
- Produce HR and staff reports.
- Managing Employee Relations casework as required.
- Contributing to the monthly payroll checking process, reconciliation of reports.
- Assist and produce HR communications.
- Compile information relating to exit interviews, flagging up treads and issues as necessary.
- Archive files electronically for leavers.
- Secure handling and processing of confidential data and information (in particular, relating to employee personal records) to comply with policies.
- Undertake Trust projects and policy work as directed by the HR Director.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising, ensuring all appropriate documents are collated, accurate and are uploaded on appropriate media platforms ensuring maximum exposure.
- Advise line managers on recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Support the selection interview process as required.
- Processing the onboarding of new staff, including issuing offer letters, contract of employment, setting up staffing records on HR and payroll systems and monitoring the completion of the induction procedure.
- Maintain up to date and accurate contract, maternity, paternity and other information liaising with external payroll provider and Finance team as appropriate.
- Processing staff absence and holiday requests in accordance with policy and procedure.

**Profile**
- CIPD (ideally Level 5 or 7)
- Working within a fast-paced HR or customer facing environment.
- Experience of supporting ER casework including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Experience of running recruitment campaigns.
- Experience of implementing new systems / procedures / controls.
- Ability to maintain efficient record keeping systems.
- Providing information, support, advice and guidance.
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and good practice.

**Job Offer**

£36-40,000
