Role: Executive Assistant
Pay: £15.00 p/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Skelmersdale (WN8)
Duration: Minimum 4-week temporary cover
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/PA to be based in their offices in Skelmersdale to work a 4-week contract to cover sickness.
You will be responsible for assisting the CEO and Finance Director.

**As the Executive Assistant, you will be**:

- Provide day to day PA and administrative support to the CEO- Diary management- Organise meetings and produce agendas- Minute taking- Arrange travel and accommodation-
- Answer and filter telephone calls.**As the Executive Assistant, you will have the following skills/experience**:

- Must have good PA/EA experience.- Excellent IT knowledge including MS Office- Excellent organisational skills
