We are looking or a Night Supervisor to join our team at the luxury 4* Macdonald Compleat Angler in Marlow, set next to the Marlow Bridge with spectacular views over the River Thames and Marlow Weir. The hotel lends its self as a luxury location for a get away, with 64 bedrooms, 5 function rooms and beautiful dining settings by the riverside in Marlow.

As Night Supervisor you will be part of the Reception Team and responsible for the entire hotel at night. Ensuring the smooth running of the night audit procedures and reception back office, to generate delivery of the highest standards of product and service. You will carry out security, health and safety checks of the hotel and building whilst keeping our guests happy as top priority.

You will have excellent communication skills and have good working knowledge of IT systems, including Opera.

You must be able to deliver a consistent level of service under the pressure of guests’ requirements, always with a keen eye for detail. As Night Supervisor you will need to be smart appearance, professionally confident, polite and welcoming at all times, have a full command of English and excellent local knowledge.

Pay: From £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
