Experience is not essential, however, you must have a driving license and access to a vehicle.

As a Care Specialist (Care Assistant) at Bridgewater Home Care you can expect a rewarding and varied role. Here's some of the things you might get up to, day-to-day:

- Companionship visits, spending valuable time with a client
- Meetings and catch ups at your Bridgewater office with the rest of your team
- Supporting clients with household duties and light housekeeping
- Chaperoning clients to appointments, to do their weekly shop or to get out in the local community
- Providing personal hygiene care, where needed
- Being there as a caring friend to provide emotional support
- Ensuring clients are safe and comfortable, living well in the comfort of their home
- Supporting clients with their nutrition, hydration and overall well-being

You will receive a week long induction programme before you start with us, this is our pre-employment assessment. This gives you all the tools you need to be a success in your new role before you go out into the community to deliver support to people in their own homes.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.75-£12.25 per hour
