55 is a global data consultancy helping brands collect, analyse and activate their data across paid, earned and owned channels to increase their marketing ROI and improve customer acquisition and retention.

We are looking for an Senior Search Consultant, sitting in the Analytics & Tracking Services (ATS) team, to assist our clients with the implementation of data collection for analytics and marketing tools. This includes web analytics, media tracking and marketing technology implementations, audits and quality assurance, providing technical support, and managing the technical aspects of client relationships.

As part of the role, you will also advise clients on what data should be collected and why, thereby playing an active role in business development.

From an internal perspective, you will share the responsibility for developing team members’ expertise in analytics topics, including privacy-friendly implementations.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Analytics Implementation:

- Implement data collection on websites and apps. This includes designing and creating analytics and media tracking specifications, data collection setup (via a variety of Tag Management Systems), audits and quality assessment
- Advise on app and/or web analytics strategy and answer clients’ questions about technical issues
- Ensure the delivered tracking implementation has a high level of quality
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders during the implementation phase to guarantee delivery success

Internal Contribution:

- Create new and update existing documentation for internal processes
- Help consultants develop their expertise in analytics and tracking topics
- Assist consultants in identifying new business opportunities, as well as support during pitching and scoping
- Manage efficient ATS resource allocation on implementation projects

**Required Skills**:
Mandatory:

- Strong JavaScript ability
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Approx. 2-3 years experience with Google Tag Manager and dataLayer-based implementations
- Experience with other TMSs (Tealium, Adobe Launch)
- Excellent understanding of GA4 / UA data collection and processing
- Experience with Consent Management Platforms (e.g. OneTrust)
- Spreadsheet software knowledge (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of the web analytics ecosystem, in particular from the point of view of privacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work as part of a team

Desirable:

- Experience with media platforms (Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads)
- Experience in app tracking via Firebase
- Experience with other analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
- Experience with server-side tag management
- Management experience
