**Residential Support Worker**

We are searching for committed, flexible, compassionate, caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and dedicated staff to provide care to children who have experienced harm in their early lives. This role is challenging but incredibly fulfilling.

**Shift patterns**:

- 12-hour shift
- 14-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- 6-hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Sleep-ins

**Ideal experience**:
Two years’ practical experience of looking after young people either as a Support Worker, Field Worker, Education, Youth Work or as a Parent knowledge of Transitions for young people aged 16+

**Essential**:

- Full driving license is desired but not essential
- Ability to work shifts and sleep ins
- Successful applicant must be over the age of 21

**- **Full time permanent post

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) The organization covers the cost of DBS checks.
