Head of Finance

We are working with our Milton Keynes based client who are recruiting an interim Head of Finance to deliver a new strategy and to build greater capability into the finance team in order to achieve growth targets and organisational success.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance will be responsible for hands-on management of the finance team including preparing management reports, year end, audit management, cash flow and treasury management, VAT management and all statutory compliance.

Working closely with the CEO and the senior management team the HoF will provide strategic financial leadership to optimise the medium to long term financial performance of the organisation. Through the review and development of systems the role will alsocontribute to the implementation of the organisation strategy by providing robust financial reporting and analysis and by challenging decision making as appropriate.
