**Job Role: Electrician - FM Engineer**

**Salary: £40,000 - £46,000pa DOE**

**Location: MUST BE HAPPY TO TRAVEL AND COVER; KENT, ESSEX, GREATER LONDON AND HERTFORDSHIRE**

**Hours: 8am-5pm plus Callout Rota**

**Responsibilities:**
- Undertake serving, repairing and maintenance to commercial electrical installations - Planned Protective maintenance (PPM).
- Have a good all-round level of competency with the electrical installation including metal conduit work.
- Fault Finding - To include documented diagnostics and a clear path to remedial works.
- Electrical Testing Knowledge - EICR, Emergency Lighting Testing.
- Reactive Works - Work on your own initiative and complete tasks in an efficient manner.
- Attendance to callouts during working hours and in addition, be part of the out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
- Utilising our job management system, by completing and submitting clear concise, accurate reports for works carried out, further work required and Electrical compliance certification.
- Good communication to ensure regular communications with the FM helpdesk and Contract Manager on the relevant job progressions

**Skills Needed**:

- NVQ Level 3 and City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 Qualification & 18th Edition*
- City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 inspection and testing is favourable.
- An understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- A good level of Test Certificate and IT Literacy.
- CSCS Card - First Aid Trained (preferred but not required)
- PASMA and IPAF (preferred but not required)
- Full UK driving licence*
