Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be responsible for updating records for staff rotas and will support the Senior Administrator to manage payroll and training duties at Thornford Park.

As a Training and Payroll Administrator, you will liaise with Head Office to update on all payroll enquiries and will ensure compliance complies with the Finance Policies and Procedures. You will also oversee and book mandatory training for all staff at site and facilitate the monthly induction for new starters.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing and booking mandatory training for all staff at site (first point of contact)
- Facilitating the monthly induction for new starters (clinical and non-clinical)
- Regularly reviewing training compliance and escalating appropriately
- Ensuring external training is scheduled in advance
- Data inputting regarding staff rosters.
- Assisting in all payroll related duties
- Ensuring compliance with all Finance Policies & Procedures.
- Liaising with all disciplines and Head Office staff on a regular basis

**To be successful as a Training and Payroll Administrator, you’ll need**:

- Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy and varied workload
- Excellent team work
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office including Excel)
- Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence are displayed in the accomplishment of all assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
