Do you have great admin skills, are computer literate and ideally have experience working on financial or stock systems? Are you a user with great knowledge of MS Office products from Excel to Word and PowerPoint? Are you looking for part time hours Monday to Friday, perhaps working around school hours? If the answer is yes, then we need to speak

We are currently recruiting a part time administrator to work on a 3-month fixed term contract to support our team working within Uppingham School.

**The ingredients for success**

The role is varied, and very rewarding. It’s not going to be the same hum drum that you might be finding in your current role daily. You will be supporting the culinary staff with ordering systems, financial, time and attendance and more. You must be confident in the use of software packages, but training will be given on our systems.

**What’s in it for you**

This is a 20-hour contract role, and we are paying £12.78 per hour. The contract is fixed term for 3 months.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintaining and updating reports on software
- Liaising with culinary team and general manager
- Producing accurate data on a weekly basis

- Great communicator

**Salary**: £12.78 per hour
