Factory Supervisor

**Job description**

**Duties and responsibilities of the Factory Supervisor**
- Managing production operatives and employees to improve daily productivity
- Delegation of responsibilities to effectively ensure effective output
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Work with the production manager to reports submit performance reports
- Organising the training of new employees and cross training
- process management and implementation to ensure production deadlines are met
- Checking all machinery is in good working order
- Making sure daily checks are completed and reported

**Role** Full time, permanent position

**Hours **Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00 +
