**Your new company**
Hays Construction and Property is working closely with a well known PLC house builder in Northamptonshire. They are looking for a hard working and motivated individual to join the site as a Site manager.
**Your new role**
The site has around 76 houses on the plot and the role consists of leading site inductions/ER/ booking in visitors and general admin, taking both customers and clients around the site, CMI Process, Build Sequence and NHBS inspection. Whilst being the go toperson for contractors/ sub-contractors and labourers
- and keeping health and safety at the heart of what you do.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- CSCS Card
- CMSTS
- First Aid
- Experience working in residential housing
**What you'll get in return**
- 5 month contract
- Attractive hourly rate of up to £25.75ph umbrella or slightly less PAYE.
