**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair fire doors in various commercial and residential properties.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance to ensure fire doors meet safety standards.
- Accurately measure, cut, and fit fire doors and associated hardware.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and fire safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably with a focus on fire doors.
- Possession of relevant passive fire protection certificates.
- Ability to drive, with a full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites across London from our main office in Kent.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
