To work as a proactive member of the Resourcing team providing a quality and efficient service to operational services. The post holder is responsible for providing key administrative support and advice to the organisation throughout the entire recruitment cycle for a wide range of vacancies, as well as supporting the Resourcing Manager with the Trust retention strategy and action plan.The post holder is also responsible for advice on straightforward Terms and Conditions issues, various leave entitlements including maternity and sickness. The post holder will also be involved in working with the team to implement key processes and procedures which will enable improvements to resourcing and retention practices.

The post holder is also responsible for the issuing of formal documentation together with employment contracts, screening Job Descriptions and Person Specifications before advertisement, issuing internal changes to contracts and ensuring all payroll documentation is completed and submitted in the required timescale
