We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Credit Controller to join our team in Manchester.
As Credit Controller, you are tasked with reducing outstanding debt, working with customers on process improvement and working with our colleagues across the UK on general product and supply queries so the ability to understand commercial needs and organise workload accordingly is key.
This a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own
**Who we are**

Right now, there are 9,000 of us and counting. We’ve disrupted and we have grown, but we’re not finished yet.
**The Role**
Tasked with reducing outstanding debt, our Credit Controllers work directly with our customers on process improvement and with our colleagues across the UK on general product / supply queries including (but not limiting) price queries, POD requests and credit limit increases.
As Credit Controller, you will conduct analysis and provide resolutions to these stakeholders in order to improve invoice flow. Ideally you would have a background in Credit Control,
**Role Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Credit Control, ideally around product & supply
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Ownership - a team player but also able to work on your own initiative
