**Accounts Admin Duties**:

- Create & send monthly Sales Invoices using QuickBooks (training can be provided).
- Implement Credit Control using QuickBooks.
- Process timesheets sent by Cleaning Operatives and prepare them for the fortnightly wages run (**Excel heavy task involving formulas**).
- Analyse/ split Purchase Ledger invoices to pass relevant costs on to clients.
- Prepare end of monthly payment runs.

**General Admin Duties**:

- Filing/scanning/saving and editing files onto Microsoft OneDrive.
- Support administration across the business.
- Deal with client concerns in a polite, proactive and professional manner.

**Skills & Experience Required for this Role**:

- Experience using QuickBooks is highly desirable but training can be provided.
- Good Maths and English skills are essential for this role.

**Person Specification**:

- At least 3 years of experience in General Administration and/ or Accounts Administration required.
- Must be an effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
- Motivated to work hard.
- Team-player who enjoys collaborating with others but can take ownership and deliver independently.
- Reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and willing to assist others in the office when required.
- You must be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are needed for this role.
- A proactive and energetic personality would be ideal.
- Ability to extract essential information and problem solve effectively would facilitate this role.

**Additional Information**:

- You must be able to get to Enfield 3 days per week (this is an office-based role with no hybrid working options).
** If you are invited for an interview, we will ask you to kindly complete 2 office based tasks. One of these tasks will test your knowledge of Excel (basic formula knowledge required: Addition, Multiplication and Percentage Calculations).**
