As a Senior Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating our care assistants to best support our clients.

**Job Description** Your Role**:
As a Scheduler, you will:

- Match new clients with suitable care professionals based on their needs.
- Maintain consistent schedules for clients and care professionals.
- Facilitate introductions and shadowing for care assistants.
- Efficiently schedule Care Assistants while ensuring flexibility.
- Collaborate with other schedulers and care coordinators as needed.
- Forward plan and problem solve issues that may arise.

**Qualifications** About You**:

- You're positive, passionate, and motivated.
- You thrive in team environments.
- You have 3 years experience as a scheduler.
- You're a driver with your own vehicle.
- You're prepared for an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) and can provide references.
