**Job Title: Storeperson**

**Hours of work: 40hrs per week Mon-Fri (Overtime available based on production demand)**

**Reports To: Logistics and Stores Manager**

**SKILLS/EXPERTISE**:

- Experience working in a stores role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous (training can be provided)
- Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
- Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities
- Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.
- A good level of IT skills is essential.

**JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Main function is to pick and kit numbers of parts for a variety of production cells across the site
- The role will involve a lot of walking and movement around the site transporting parts to various production cells
- Following company work to lists, generating route cards, and reading engineering drawings.
- Maintain a clean workspace and surrounding area promoting a safe and efficient environment
- Following company quality process and reporting any non-conformances

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redditch: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
