**The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day performance monitoring and reporting of the mechanical and engineering services contractors ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with KPIs.**

**Key responsibilities as a**Facilities Coordinator**
- Answer and co-ordinate reactive repairs relating to the hard services
- Keeping customers updated as appropriate
- Keep the property management system and asset management data updated at all times
- Participate in day-to-day oversight of the facilities hard services contracts ensuring that targets are met
- Plan reports using data from the property management system
- Analyse the data for trends and report any potential issues to the Facilities Manager
- Check on the processes and procedures provided by the finance team in relation to the processing of invoices, timesheets, quotes, etc. at all times
- Undertake any other reasonable duties, as may be required from time to time, as consistent with the scope of this role
- Support the Building Services Manager, Building Surveyor and Head of Property and Facilities with the best practice procurement of engineering services

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a facilities role in a mixed-use environment
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation
- Demonstrated track record of working with a diverse group of stakeholders and in a

customer service role
- Experience in using a mainstream computer aided facilities management
- Experience of budget management, supplier management, contract management and tendering
- Committed and enthusiastic
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Problem solving
- Work under pressure
