Cdm Advisor

My client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a motivated CDM Advisor with a background in H&S to join their team in Derby.

The CDM Advisor would work in sectors such as Housing, Education, Retail, Hospitality and more.

The Consultancy is a hardworking organisation who pride themselves on quality services, but also looking after their employees.

This would suit a CDM Advisor who is seeking longevity and career development support in a successful company.

**The CDM Advisor's Role**
- Carry out the role of Principal Designer when required
- Provide CDM Advice and duties
- Provide H&S services on a variety of projects, including Housing, Education, Retail, Hospitality and more
- Providing F10 notifications
- Preparing Pre-Construction Phase Packs (PCI'S)
- Reviewing Construction Phase Plans (CPP's)

**The CDM Advisor**
- Knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations 2015
- Undertsanding on Pre-Construction Phase
- Previous experience working in Construction, Commercial and Building Services is ideal
- NEBOSH, IOSH, APS or desire to gain these in the future
- Strong eagerness to learn and progress in CDM and Principal Designer services

**In return**
