We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a family owned boutique hotel near the Shropshire Hills.

You will have proven experience within a similar setting at Rosette level. This role **will not** suit someone looking for their first Sous position, as you will need to assume Head Chef responsibilities and be the voice of the kitchen

There is a generous salary on offer along with some useful company benefits.
- £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
- Share of tips.
- On-site parking.
- Sound kitchen experience at AA Rosette level.
- NVQ 2 and CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications.
- Clear passion for the industry and food.
- Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
- Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
- Dedicated and excellent team player.

You will typically work a mixture of straight and split shifts.

If commuting you will need your own transport.
