**Marketing Manager - 60,000€ - FTSE100 - Consultancy - Frankfurt Germany**

**Overview**:
My client, a global FTSE100 organisation operating within the Software Development space are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join of their growing teams to focus on the Eastern Europe region.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for market segmentation and strategy, campaign selection, execution via direct and indirect channels, press and social media, and strategic alliance relationships.
- Analysis and optimisation of performance to continually look for opportunities to improve the impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Execution of customer-facing marketing tactics across campaigns and branding programs across Eastern Europe to increase the brand awareness
- Implementation of strategic Account Based Marketing initiatives across Sales and Marketing to increase our relationships and build business with targeted accounts.
- Optimising digital marketing capabilities in the market, identifying regional target audiences and tailoring digital and social programs that engage and grow social footprint in each region, attracting in-bound interest with prospects and customers.
- Drive revenue growth through demand generation boards aimed at reviewing pipeline performance, driving alignment of perspective and needs, overseeing execution and tracking ROI of the relevant sales and marketing campaigns.
- Travel to offices in the region to work with key stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**:

- Highly experienced B2B marketing professional
- Knowledgeable with strategy, demand generation, channel marketing, operations, creative content, digital and social marketing and communications
- Ability to working a multi-cultural environment
- Strong experience managing marketing budgets and proving ROI
- Proven track record of developing strategic performance marketing plans and leading implementation
