Security Officer

**Main duties and responsibilities**:
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property
Monitor CCTV and access control
Permit entry to authorised personnel only
Securing the building
Respond to alarm callouts
Ensure all permitted visitors receive a ‘high end’ customer experience from entry to exit
Oversee the day-to-day deliveries
Provide a level of Service Excellence at all times
Prevent loss and damage
Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate accordingly
Take effective action in emergency and co-operate with relevant services
Enforce all relevant health and safety requirements
Carry out accurate notes for reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork, this may include details of incidents that occur whilst on duty
Carry out any other duties of a reasonable request by the client

**Person Specification**:
Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Possess good time management skills
Build relationships with key stakeholders
Maintain an excellent standard of customer service
