Enrolment Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Enrolment Officer to join our team

The Enrolment Officer will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective learners through the enrolment process, and all other general sales administration. This is a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient induction experience for all apprentices.

The position is **Monday to Friday**, **9am - 3pm **(with 1/2 hour lunch break), **term-time** only.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Ability to educate and guide prospective students through the enrolment process
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
