Senior Administrator role with direct reports

**Client Details**

The client is a Leeds based Not For Profit Organisation supporting various Charities.

**Description**
- The key responsibilities in the Senior Administrator role include, but are not limited to:

- You will be working as part of the support team
- Your role will be essential, supporting the senior leadership team, supporting the directors executive assistant,supporting directors, assisting on trust and board meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including organising meetings, taking notes at meetings.
- You will be supervising the receptionist, ensuring that they are performing their duties accurately.
- Your role will also include the responsibilities of the office coordinator to ensure office processes run smoothly. Manage documentation, daily activities, and related functions. This will means coordinating others and supporting.
- You will be fundamental to the running of the organisation, and a great addition to a fantastic team.
- You will also be coordinating the office.

**Profile**
- Previous experience in an office coordinator, PA, EX, Senior Admin role OR ready to move to a senior administrator role
- OR previous experience in similar roles is essential
- Proven ability to support and a hands on approach is essential in the busy environment
- Ideally have previous experience in the Public sector, Not For Profit, Charity, or Education
- Ability to travel to the Leeds office 3 days a week
