**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role primarily based from our headquarters in Dereham. The role will consist of overseeing and delivering efficient operational service delivery across our whole business, consisting of overall responsibility for our depots across the UK and EU. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and analysing performance data, providing effective team management, budgeting, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. This role demands significant cross-functional leadership across the entire organization and requires successful experience managing operations.

**Qualifications**
- Operations Management experience
- Analytical Skills for reporting and data analysis
- Strong financial acumen and Budgeting skills, forecasting, GP & EBITDA
- Effective Team Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Relevant experience within a similar industry
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage operations providing leadership and direction for the whole operational & service delivery department
- Lead the team to execute plans to ensure financial targets and service levels are achieved
- Ensure the leadership team are held accountable for company vision and goals
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Manage the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business ensuring ROI and profitability
- Evaluating performances by evaluating and interpreting data and metrics
- Manage KPI’s and report performance to Managing Director as appropriate
- Provide direction and leadership to keep employees focused and encourage maximum performance

**The Package**
- £50,000 - £80,000 OTE
- Car / car allowance

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
