Digital Marketing Administrator

**The Company**:
Family run company established in 1964, involved in the purchasing and sales of commercial vehicles, plant sales and spare parts to the UK and overseas markets.

We are now looking to recruit a Digital Marketing / Administrator. This is a newly created role so there is a lot of scope to develop and add value to the business. We are looking for a competent person who can support the business growth through creative and engaging marketing.

**Marketing duties will include**:

- Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages.
- Dealing with enquiries and distributing them to the team.
- Keeping the company’s online profiles and advertising platforms up to date.
- Updating/modernising the website.
- Building and maintaining a detailed electronic customer database.
- Updating stock sheets and spec details.
- Create and send out E-flyers consistently daily/weekly and monthly.
- Thinking of new innovating ways to improve the marketing of our stock including parts and attachments.

Other tasks will also include assisting the administrator with admin duties and holiday cover. They are a small team, so a good attitude to team working is essential.

**Skills required**:

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collect, collate and articulate information which positively reflects the company’s processes and procedures.
- Highly motivated to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent verbal communication skills. The ability to converse and liaise with all other staff and customers.
