**Location**:Pontypridd (hybrid working, 1 - 2 days per week in the office)

**Introduction**

A great opportunity to join Transport for Wales (TfW) as our ED&I Coordinator who will providing project and administrative support to the ED&I Partner to ensure the ED&I agenda is executed in line with strategic equality objectives and the POD strategy.

**Role responsibilities**

You’ll assist the ED&I Partner with project delivery by providing administrative support and working with the wider business to ensure the successful delivery of projects to time, cost and quality.

You’ll reporting on ED&I metrics by collating data through Business Objects and Power BI on areas such as, disability confident leader, pre-employment information, employment data, pay gap reporting, monitoring equality impact assessment to the ED&I Partner to highlight trends.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to coordinate and facilitate project scoping focusing on equality impact assessment to ensure Transport for Wales (TfW) is working within the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.

**Who we’re looking for**

We are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Coordinator, Administrator or Assistant working in a project role.

**Essential**:

- Experience of drafting confidential documents with great attention to detail.
- Previous experience of working in ED&I.
- Experience in managing and analysing data and the ability to create management reports.
- Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010.

Byddwch yn adrodd ar fetrigau ED&I i’r Partner ED&I drwy gasglu data drwy Amcanion Busnes a Power BI ar feysydd fel arweinydd hyderus o ran anabledd, gwybodaeth cyn cyflogaeth, data cyflogaeth, adroddiadau ar y bwlch cyflog, monitro asesiadau o’r effaith ar gydraddoldeb, er mwyn tynnu sylw at dueddiadau.

Byddwch yn gweithio gyda rhanddeiliaid o bob rhan o’r busnes i gydlynu a hwyluso gwaith cwmpasu prosiectau gan ganolbwyntio ar asesu’r effaith ar gydraddoldeb i sicrhau bod Trafnidiaeth Cymru (TrC) yn gweithio o fewn gofynion Deddf Cydraddoldeb 2010.

Byddwch yn rhoi cyngor ED&I cychwynnol lle bo’n berthnasol i gyflogeion ac yn ymateb i ymholiadau yn y mewnflwch ED&I, gan ddefnyddio gwybodaeth am bynciau a pholisïau TrC i roi arweiniad.
