Our client, established for over 30 years, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator where you will be interacting with customers (both external and internal) to provide and process information in response to enquiries and requests about their products/services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling planned maintenance and small works jobs by liaising with team of engineers and the

customer to maximise efficiencies in journey planning and engineers’ diaries.
- Ensure all callouts are completed in accordance with the client KPI and our own SLA.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints quickly, updating the CRM system.
- Provide accurate customer invoicing.
- Progress chasing contract renewals with customers for purchase orders before the expiry date.
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records on CRM system, including filing system and

maintenance of files for all contract related documentation in line with the company privacy

policy
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments as required.
- Liaise with the finance department as necessary.
- Provide cover for the customer service team when required.
- To maintain a good working relationship with all personnel within the company.

- Proven record of building relationships with customer base
- Clear, accurate and timely communication skills
- Prioritising tasks and organising/managing time effectively, with the ability to multi-task
- Flexible within job role with the ability to approach all tasks confidently
- Excellent, strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work well within a team
- Honest, reliable, dedicated and flexible in approach
- Meticulous attention to detail with a good, strong work ethic

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri - 8.30am-5pm
