**Wrap Around Care Manager
Twickenham, TW1 4TQ
Part Time, 20 hours per week, Term Time Only
£16.00 - £16.50 per hour**

For over 120 years Newland House School, as a successful, flourishing co-educational independent day school for children from 4 to 13 years has been providing a compassionate, compelling and distinctive style of preparatory education. We foster independenceand provide our students with a firm foundation and an environment in which they can learn through creativity and become passionate about the things around them.

**About the Wrap Around Care Manager role**

We are looking for somebody to work as part of a team of dedicated staff to provide a safe and stimulating environment and encourage creative and imaginative playtime activities.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing administration for the provision, ensuring registers are completed.
- Managing staffing in the provision, ensuring that we comply with ratios.
- Leading a variety of activities including arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games
- Using their own initiative to differentiate activities, ensuring full inclusion for all abilities and ages
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues.
- Administering First Aid as necessary.

**Hours**
- Monday - Friday, AM: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
- Monday - Friday, PM: 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

There will be additional opportunities to work in holiday clubs during school holidays.

**About You**

This role would suit an experienced individual looking to work around other commitments, or looking to gain further experience with a view to pursuing a career in child care.

You will have:

- Good leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of Safeguarding
- Behaviour Management Experience
- Ability to plan and lead all activities in the provision
