School Caretaker

We are looking for a friendly Caretaker to join our team We have openings to begin before the end of the academic year, and September starts available.

We are looking for good handy skills, experience in similar positions, use of initiative, and maintenance experience.

Basic knowledge of Electrical repairs is very desirable.

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks to maintain the premises in a tidy condition
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly
- Dust and polish surfaces as needed
- Clean and sanitise washrooms and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant authorities
- Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is essential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Good physical health to carry out cleaning tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to complete duties within designated timeframes

Pay: £22,300.00-£27,500.00 per year
