**As our new TEAM LEADER, you’ll be responsible for**:leading the front of house team at our Withington store; ensuring all menu items are prepped and cooked to the highest standard and that orders leave the kitchen efficiently; quality control of orders before they leave the kitchen; delivering second-to-none customer service; taking cash and card payments; resolving customer complaints; and supporting your team in maintaining the highest levels of food safety and hygiene.

These are permanent, full-time roles and shift patterns will **include evenings and weekends**.

- Experienced in a similar leadership/management role (at least one year)?
- Highly organised and an excellent communicator?
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer service?
- A cool-headed problem solver?
- Able to manage, support and inspire a team?
- Able to work evenings and weekends in a fun, vibrant environment?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, M20 4BA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
