Working Day Week : 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University

In this role you will learn

More than business systems and Excel sheets - you will see how different functions come together and build products from seed. You will understand the rules of business from the essential legal requirements to what differentiates our products from the rest. You will put consumers at the heart of everything you do to shape how you interpret data and facts - Communication and science is the heart of our success at L’Oreal.

We're looking for determined achievers who are ready to throw themselves into major responsibilities from the very start You will be paired with an assigned manager and mentor that will help guide you throughout your apprenticeship.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Have the GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
- Have achieved an ABB at A Level, or 34 points (16 at higher level) in the International Baccalaureate
