Advanced Dietitian

**Full Time - 37.5 hours per week**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Dietitian to join the Kirklees Adult Learning Disability Community Health Team.

You would join our well-established team, which provides a service to support adults with learning disabilities and their families/carers across the whole of the Kirklees area. The MDT consists of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, learning disability nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech & language therapists, and healthcare support staff.

You will undertake a multi-functional role, combining managerial, clinical and professional duties and responsibilities and will carry a dietetic caseload of highly complex cases, offering support to service users, family, carers and staff teams. You will also have the chance to be involved in audit and service development.
