Trainee Estimator

**About Company & Role**

A specialist construction contractor are currently seeking a Trainee Estimator on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to join this company that have enjoyed considerable growth, a strong client base and increasing pipeline of work. They have recently moved to a brand new office that has installed some fantastic entertainment facilities.

**Role**:
**Duties**:

- Preparing and submitting quotations for work.
- Review tender documents
- Assessing the scope of works
- Calculating project costs
- Assisting the submission of tender bids
- Assisting the team with general duties.

**Must have**

- IT literate and competent using MS Excel

**Salary / Benefits / Other details**:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience - pro rata for part-time

5% Annual Bonus on salary on company meeting yearly financial target

22 days paid holiday plus accrual of 1 day extra per year of service (up to 5 years)

**Office hours**: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Driving Licence (preferred)
