Reservation Agent

We are looking for a both a full and part time **Reservations Agent **to join the Reservations Department within our four-star hotel, The Malvern.

You must be engaging, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests are attended to without any delays. You will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration skills.

Full Time Reservations Agent to work 40 hours per week across five days, whereas the Part-Timer will be required to work 24 hours 3 of 7. Both will include a mix of weekdays and weekends on the following shift patterns: 8:30AM - 5PM, 11AM - 7:30PM and 9AM-6:30PM you will be expected to work a mix of these shifts in accordance with the rota which will be supplied one month in advance.
