**About The Role**:
**Interested in Procurement?**

We are collaborative, trusting, and supportive Procurement team looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join our existing team. The procurement projects and contracts you will work on, and deliver are vital in supporting communities across the UK.

Reporting into the Head of Procurement, you will be able to build trusting collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Department of Digital, Culture Media and Sport (DCMS), and the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

You will work across the Fund offering procurement advice to ensure compliance with public sector procurement rules and regulations, identify opportunities, key deliverables, and solutions. You will also manage the delivery of procurement projects through to contract award.

The role will also involve reviewing policies and procedures to implement lean principles, utilising e-procurement systems, reporting, contract management and interpreting data where appropriate to inform better decision making and improvements within the function and the wider organisation.

Strong Influencing skills, communication skills, knowledge of public sector procurement rules and project management skills are crucial.

**Essential Criteria**
- Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Rules and Regulations.
- Comfortable working with variable customer needs, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build trusting and long-lasting relationships.
- Good communication skills and ability to influence people and manage difficult conversations.
- Good Project Management Skills

**Desirable Criteria**
- Procurement/Finance/Business related qualification or willing to work towards MCIPS qualification and other appropriate learning and development opportunities.
- Understanding of Social Value relating to Public Sector Procurement.
- Awareness or experience of Contract Management principles and how to develop and implement them.
- Values-driven and passionate about the Fund’s purpose.
