Flooring Administrator

**Description**:
What’s the opportunity?

The Flooring Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of product ranges across the network. You will be responsible for effectively liaising with key suppliers to ensure deliveries & returns are carried out within guidelines & deadlines.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Planning of store deliveries, co-ordinating deliveries around key trading periods, ensuring mínimal disruption to the stores.
- Maintenance of the delivery tracker, ensure deliveries are planned effectively.
- Collation of supplier delivery lead times, updating the system & communicating to retail.
- Maintenance of the stock return tracker.
- Ensuring deliveries are co-ordinated to suit the needs of the business.
- Maintenance of delivery document to ensure smooth roll out.
- Communicating delivery to the team and to retail.
- Updating customer accounts with key information.
- Contributing to the critical path, ensuring all actions are completed before deliveries are agreed.
- Maintenance of accurate lead times for effective supplier performance reporting.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Highly numerate and IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with third party suppliers & stores
- Good organisation skills
- Accurate data input
- Good analytical skills
- Able to manage time well to prioritise multiple work streams/objectives
- Experience of working within a big-ticket retail environment.
