Handyperson / Groundsperson

Shenstone Hall is a residential home located on the outskirts of Lichfield.

Shenstone Hall is looking for a someone to complete general maintenance and gardening of the home.

The applicant needs to be physically fit as this is a busy home and has extensive gardens.

This post will be for 25hrs pw (open to discussion), working alternate weekends

Tasks will include;
Maintenance of large gardens and grounds.

Maintenance of the home including repairs, painting, general DIY and general upkeep of the home. Needs to comply with health and safety and presentation of the home.

Accuarte completion of documents and records of works completed are required.

Ensure Health and Safety of residents, and visitors.

Experience is essential due to the nature of the property and service delivered within Shenstone Hall.

The successful applicant will be required to have a DBS and be double vaccinated against Covid

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
