Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the kitchen area is clean and tidy.
- Operating pot-washing machinery, sweeping and mopping floors and disposing of kitchen waste.
- Assist the kitchen team in receiving deliveries and storage of food items.
- Replenish stock in the store room, ensuring it is well organised at all times.
- Maintain the kitchen area in accordance with HACCP regulations and NSF guidelines.
- Full compliance with Topgolf’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:

- Knowledge of food hygeine regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player
