**Location: Pulborough**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:15 AM - 12:45 PM**

**OFFICE BASED ONLY**

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant or recruitment resource looking to make a significant impact in-house within a bustling HR team? Our client has an opening for an Internal Recruiter due to tremendous company expansion. **Your Role**:

- Serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers, managing advertisements across various platforms including internal systems, social media, and website.
- Efficiently handle responses to advertisements, engage with recruitment agencies, and coordinate all aspects of the interview process.
- Beyond recruitment, assist the HR team with additional tasks as needed, such as arranging lunches and booking meeting rooms, embodying the spirit of teamwork and flexibility.

**What We're Looking For**:
Proven experience in recruitment, with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational prowess, capable of prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to internal systems.

A team player eager to contribute to HR tasks outside of recruitment, showcasing flexibility and a professional demeanour.

Interest in furthering your HR knowledge, with opportunities to pursue or expand upon CIPD Level 3 qualifications as part of the client’s commitment to your professional development.

**Salary**: £24,925.30-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
