ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT JOB ROLE

Job details
- Hours 9am-5pm (15minutes in a morning/30minutes for dinner/15minutes in the afternoon, timings for the breaks would need to be staggered between both PAs)
- Enrolled on pension scheme - Nest pension 5% employee mandatory & 3% employer.
- Starting salary 20K per year before tax and national insurance (overtime hours paid at £12.50 per hour)
- Salary paid monthly on the last working day of each month.
- Christmas bonus paid - one week of your salary (exempt from tax and national insurance)
- Milage is paid at 45p within working hours if you are needing to run errands and other tasks such as viewing properties or attending events/meetings.
- Office computer and iPad supplied for business use only.
- Job brief involves working under a manager for a Spinal Cord Injury Charity
- Job daily structure to be set out to create some routine to your job role.
- Monday meetings will set out a plan for each week.
- Training courses will be mandatory if there is any work that you would need to gain further experience in.
- Dress code for the office is casual.

Job role - supporting Joe and manager to build the charity.
- Liaising with spinal units and rehab centres to create opportunities for us to develop and manage relationships between people effected with spinal cord injuries.
- Building the charity profile networking between spinal units / rehab canters / people that work with spinal injuries to carry out presentations.
- Help gain financial support through corporate bodies.
- Organising events to raise funds for the charity.
- Supporting the manager with all aspects of work.
- Helping to build a community for clients / arranging meetings.
- Carry out external calling to build the charity network.

Essential criteria
- Proficient level of understanding of Office 365 programs, Word, Excel, OneDrive etc.
- Good with technology.
- Be confident, well presented, and able to build up rapport quickly.
- Proactive worker, on the ball, keen to learn.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
- Must be proficient using Apple technology.
- Excellent multitasker.

**Responsibilities**:

- Widespread support in all areas in the office, such as filing, organising, printing, photocopying and preparing documents.
- Managing diaries.
- Prepare and attend events and meetings.
- Act as a key point of communication between myself, other employees, and external contacts.
- Being flexible to work extra hours and attend meetings.
- Being able to volunteer at all charity events where possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
