**Workshop Foreman - Deal Branch**

Malcolm Waite Limited is an independent family owned and operated motor trade business which has been established in Sandwich, Deal & Dover in Kent since 1976. We are now able to offer an exciting new role for a ‘hands-on’ Workshop Foreman for our Ford Authorised Repairer in Sandwich.

The position would suit a Senior Vehicle Technician who wishes to accept more responsibility. Consequently applicants should be qualified to at least Senior Technician Level. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an ability to both problem-solve and help organise our Ford Authorised Workshop maintaining high quality standards and efficiency. Ford experience would be an advantage, but not necessary, as would current approved MOT Testing status.

**Brief Job Description**
- To work closely with the Aftersales Manager, to ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To ensure vehicle protection is used at all times and vehicle cleanliness is maintained during service and repair.
- To ensure correct procedures are followed to comply with the standards required by Ford Motor Company for Authorised Repairers.
- To ensure staff take all necessary precautions and adherence to Health and Safety guidelines for both staff and customers.
- To maintain efficient use of materials, equipment and labour resources.
- To control and supervise staff in the correct use and maintenance of workshop equipment and tools.
- To contribute on a practical level to the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles**.**:

- To contribute to the well-being and positive spirit of the business and make positive contributions to the success of the branch.
