**Hours**:20 hours (Flexibility to be worked over 7 days)

**Salary**:£11.44 per hour

We are seeking a Household Assistant who can provide companionship and assistance to residents whilst maintaining and maximising the person’s independence. The Household Assistants will be responsible for undertaking daily cleaning of the property’s communal areas, and support residents in their own homes.

The newly built development of Springfield’s consists of 65 beautiful supported living apartments is situated in the heart of the National Forest. The Service provides extra care housing, alongside 24hour care and support services. The people living at the service will predominantly be adults aged over 55 years, although there will also be a small number of working aged adults with care and support needs. The scheme will be a mixed tenure of shared ownership and rented properties.

This innovative new development is designed to provide a range of services to meet the needs and aspirations of the people that live there. The scheme has staff on duty 24 hours of day who deliver packages of care to meet people assessed needs, and a management team to ensure that the scheme remains safe and compliant and works to achieve outstanding results for the people that live there.
