Receptionist

We’re hiring for a **Receptionist **to join a friendly, experienced manufacturer based in **Droylsden. **Supported by over 70 years of expertise, this team have flourished in their pursuit to becoming one of the worlds' most innovative equipment manufacturers, distributing to over 170 countries.

**What’s on offer?**
- £22,000 - £24,000 per year
- Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Rotating hours on Fridays (8:00am - 1:00pm / 8:00am - 5:00pm)
- 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
- 20 days sick pay (after 6 months)

**What will you be doing as a Receptionist?**
- Acting as the initial point of contact for visitors
- Maintaining site security by logging visitors and following procedures
- Co-ordinating and managing meeting rooms, providing lunch and refreshments (where required)
- Management of the pool car system and bookings
- Preparing instrumental bookeds as well as in-house user guides
- Generating training certificates for UK sales and Technical Support
- Completing stationary orders and managing stock levels
- Complying with procedures, rules and regulations in order to ensure reception area is kept clean and safe
- Booking European travel for employees (when required)
- Distributing supplier appraisals for QA and updating database
- Updating internal systems (when required)

**What do you need?**
- Up to 2 years of previous administrative experience
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
- NVQ or equivalent in business administration Level 2 (desirable)
- 5 years’ experience in office employment (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Droylsden, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
