An opportunity has arisen to join our established and friendly Lettings team at our busy Peacehaven office. You must possess a full UK driving licence, willing to use your own car and have a positive can-do attitude. Office experience is preferred but training will be given.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Diary Management
- Property Management
- Overlooking and handling the referencing process
- Overseeing property compliance for safety checks
- Preparing paperwork for the move in process

The position is Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Office: 1 year (preferred)
