Branch Administrator

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable Estate Agency in Finchley, North London.
Our client are looking for a Branch administrator to join their busy team.
Some responsibilities but not limited:
- Front reception duties to meet and greet customers
- General lettings and Sales administration to include tenancy agreements
- Preparing AST's along with sales letters administration
- Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
- Ensuring the office is presentable and updating window displays and updating the website on a regular basis
- Arranging necessary advertising of properties
- Other general administration duties as they arise
You will need to have:
- Previous experience in Sales & Lettings Administration
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- High customer service skills
- An excellent knowledge of computer packages and software
- Ability to prioritise workload and able to meet deadlines
This role will be a busy and challenging so a friendly personality and someone who can multi task with a 'will do' attitude are essential
28 days holiday inc Bank Holidays
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch
Salary range £25,000 - £27,000 pa DOE.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

- Estate agency: 2 years (required)
