**M+E Scheduler**

**Liverpool based - Working across St Helens/Warrington and Liverpool**

**Full time - 39 hours per week**

**Permanent**

**£24,895 per annum**

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Create/manage and plan work
- Work towards targets and KPI’s
- Prioritising workload
- Updating systems with accurate information
- Use different inhouse systems
- Administrative skills
- Ability to resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts.
- Ability to input data into spreadsheets such as excel
- Emergency line cover - this will be on a rota for a rolling 6weeks and you be expected to work these shifts in addition to your normal working work for additional pay. These do include unsociable hours.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professionalism to communicate in a polite manner
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Planning experience is preferable but not necessary
- Punctuality
- Experience on computer systems such as word
